Description
Paddling deep into the quiet back-country of Algonquin on a canoe trip, while the noise of world hushed, while I listened to the sound of the paddle in the water—and there he was. Standing knee-deep in the marsh, this magnificent bull moose felt like a living Megafauna of the northern woods. Looking into his soulful eyes, time completely stopped; in that sacred, untamed silence, it felt as though the true heartbeat of the Canadian wilderness was looking right back at me. An experience I cherish everyday!
