Description
I was outside watering the gardens, when I could hear a very strange noise. It took a while, but it was coming closer and I could finally see it flying from over the mountains behind our home. I ran inside as quickly as I could, grabbed my camera and ran to the other side of our house, where it was already flying on the other side of the valley. A Great Blue Heron was gliding over, making its presence known by making lots of noise.
