No chasing required, the April storm brought the show right to my front yard. I watched it travel toward me until the timing was right. Using an "odd rhythm" and a quick 0.8 second exposure on my Nikon D750, I captured my first lightning strike of the year 2026. Done in black and white, what a beauty to capture lightning.
